The information security analyst is responsible for managing roles and access privileges within a variety of enterprise applications and systems. The objective of the role is to administer access to users within compliance of set information security policies and standards.
Information Security Analysts are expected to:
Demonstrate an understanding of the control layer performed by identity and access management in the different systems
Execute customer access requests for entitlements within operational thresholds of timeliness and accuracy
Provide troubleshooting support on system access related issues
Handle customer interactions in a manner adhering to the customer service guidelines
Provide on-call support as needed and scheduled support during weekends and public holidays on some occasion
Have good team working skills and ability to under pressure
Manage multiple tasks with strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, both oral and written
Identify opportunities to improve information security controls for supported systems
Demonstrate particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by complying with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and reporting control issues with transparency
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Advantages
Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, Mainframe and Unix server, database, password management tools, (i.e. CyberArk)
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a strong emphasis on MS Excel
Proven excellent customer relationship management skills
