The role will assist the operating manager in overseeing the day to day operations of the different systems supported out of Manila, including the management of the analysts supporting the systems.
Responsibilities include:
Managing issues and incidents for Optima, Genesis & Reg Insight (LRR) platforms
Assist in managing the day to day DSD Deliverables of the systems assigned
Ensure service level agreements are met on a day to day basis
Issue resolution and management, including adherence to escalation procedures
Assist operations manager in the following:
Conducting regular process reviews to identify opportunities for process improvements, potential process gaps, or existing control breaks
Design process controls as necessary
Implement process improvement initiatives
Customer management, as well as managing of counterparts in other centers
Supervise career growth of analysts performing the day to day operations
Job Skills / Qualification
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Strong sense of operating controls

Works with minimal supervision
Results-oriented
Proficient in MS Excel, with good knowledge on MS Powerpoint
Preferably with Finance background
