Primary Responsibilities:
Lead developer for multiple Robotic Process Automations (RPA) supported by our team
Build new and support existing automations and applications using various technologies
Be involved in the software lifecycle, from requirements gathering to development, testing, and releasing code
Partner with stake holders, product management, and engineering leadership to bring creative technology and solutions to solve IT problems
Accountable for product quality along with the team
Illustrate design ideas using mock-ups, process diagrams, and sitemaps
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Incident support for macros, automations
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
7+ years and high competency of software engineering experience
7+ years and high competency of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) type automations
7+ years and full understanding of agile methodologies (Kanban and/or Scrum)
Working experience in CI/CD pipeline
Great written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years and moderate competency in Microsoft SQL Server (Ex: writing SQL queries, procedures, and views)
5+ years and moderate competency in cloud enablement using Microsoft Azure
5+ years and moderate competency with JavaScript
3+ years and moderate competency with Python
3+ years and moderate competency with Markup Languages
