Job Responsibilities:
Responsible in identifying and managing risks.
Responsible with several key risk such as credit, operational, regulatory compliance, information security and technology risk.
Responsible for establishing a set of policies and risk management requirements to enable effectively manage current and emerging conduct risk.
Responsible to provides an enterprise-wide view of risk.
Responsible in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect line of business.
Providing independent oversight to the management of misconduct allegations and customer complaints.
Create reports and dashboard
Documentation of process and procedures
Job Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, operational risk, audit, IT systems security, business process management) or 5+ years of financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in risk management
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Operational risk, conduct risk or compliance domain experienc
