Implement consistent and effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across the organization
Anticipate potential risks and provide management level advice both at strategic and tactical levels
Address and advise teams in regard to risks associated with new initiatives/ products/ process modifications
Own or collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation of mitigation plans
Partners, collaborates, and influence effectively across the business to ensure risks are considered in business decisions
Drive upward communication (regular & ad-hoc reports) to the upper management
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience in analytical, problem-solving roles in a fast-paced environment or in big 4 advisory with exposure to risk management / compliance / audit
Logistics experience will be a good additional qualification
StructurEd, critical thinking, and good with numbers
Agility at prioritizing tasks and having a high initiative to drive and lead on tasks and projects
Able to manage pressure in a dynamic environment
Strong communicator, with the ability to effectively work across teams
