Duties and Responsibilities:
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Provide daily performance report for all RAN tech (2G, 3G, 4G and 5G)
Provide weekly performance report for all RAN tech 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G.
Enumerate all optimization performed
Update on Week-on-week key learning
Call out worst cell list and outstanding issue (OSS, Ookla and Facebook)
Drive resolution of Long outstanding worst cell
Provide weekly performance dashboard
Worst Cell Optimization:
Provide detailed Worst cell analysis for all RAN tech
Endorse all optimization required to address Worst performance cells.
Ensure End to end resolution
Network Performance Degradation Troubleshooting:
Call out issue troubleshooting while a KPI degradation happen on specific MGW, MSC, BSC, site, or cell through daily and weekly network performance monitoring and analysis
Parameters Optimization:
Parameter Audit & Correction for All Tech
Support Feature and solution rollout by providing Pre and Post performance analysis.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, or related program.
Candidate must have at least 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience.
Operational experience of RF Design, Optimization and Performance
Proven hands-on expertise in setup and configuration of LTE networks (RAN and Core) with a major equipment vendor.
Proven hands-on expertise troubleshooting problems
Hands on experience in performance optimization of LTE networks and relevant KPIs.
Amenable in Dayshift
Amenable to work in Taguig City.
Can start ASAP
