Description
JOB SCOPE:
Manager ensures success in overall management of Rewards Club services aligned with operating procedures, internal audits, regulatory compliance, and budgeted expenses;
Oversees Rewards Club team to ensure implementation of standards of service, organization and management of daily operations for casino membership and loyalty programs;
Maintains close coordination with related departments; Manages all functions of casino membership counters and all activities related to membership and loyalty programs; Oversees Rewards Club team to ensure proper execution and effectiveness of Club's marketing strategies;
Develop new and different Loyalty Programs both short and long terms to ensure continuous growth of new members whilst maintaining existing business;
Review performances to ensure business objectives are achieved;
Performs the role of Rewards Club Senior Manager as a reliever;
Graduate of four (4) year collegiate course, preferably in business-related field;
With at least 3 years Managerial experience in casino industry, preferably Rewards / Loyalty Clubs and Casino Marketing.
