AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Benefits - process and administer both statutory and company employee benefits and claims. Liase with government agencies on updates and concerns pertaining to mandated benefits
2. IA/STA Management - prepares/submits to and follows up from Immigration Consultants on status of documentary requirements for IAs/STAs work permit, immigration TBE/Entry Exemption visa /9G work visa PWP/ACR I-card
3. C&B Administration - provide back up support to the Rewards Team in responding to various employee queries on benefits eligibility and availment
