Revenue Management
Forecasts the demand of the customers and the capacity of the power plants to manage the contracting level of the ARI portfolio to identify key risk areas.
Manages the revenue and gross margin modelling process in coordination with the ARI Gen BU's as required for planning and budgeting, rolling forecasts, warchest and all other analyses.
Performs sensitivity analysis related to value of contracts, margins and various risk factors (e.g. availability of supply, outage allowances and calculated exposure).
Crafting of commercial policies and guidelines that aligns with the objectives of ARI. Ensure that the pricing buildup and formula design accurately reflect the costs and constraints of the ARI Gen BUs
Reviews embedded risk in commercial contracts due to a range of factors including but not limited to commodity, foreign exchange risk, tariff structures, supply availability, hedging (in the form of CFDs, replacement power, futures market), etc.
Financial Analysis and Management Reporting
Reviews variance analysis and explanation of financial statements against prior year and budgets; and highlights key issues to the Gen CFO for comments, recommendation and resolution.
Reviews consolidated monthly management reports with detailed analysis and submits it to the Gen CFO for presentation to AP Board, AP Gen Mancom and all other internal and external groups.
Leads the standardization of analysis and presentation of financial and operational information across all different BUs.
Identifies and resolves issues in relation to financial statement review. Escalates to the Finance Manager related issues for further guidance and resolution.
Planning and Budgeting
Leads the standardization of financial planning and budgeting reporting process, and monitors the preparation of the key accounts of the BUs for budgeting process.
Provides guidance to the Finance Specialist involved in financial modelling and issue resolution pertaining to key finance and accounting issues across the BUs; may lead occasionally depending on the situation
Must be a degree holder in Management, Finance, or any related course.
At least 5 years' experience in finance and accounting in the corporate setting.
Understanding of corporate finance, industry, and energy-related laws, government regulations, issuances, standards, and decisions.
Capable of critical and strategic thinking, systems, and structure design
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Keen ability to motivate staff to optimize work deliverables within tight time frames.
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Accounting and Finance Oil / Energy / Solar / Greentech 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
