About the Role
The Revenue Management Analyst will fuel the growth of the company by developing and executing an effective dynamic pricing strategy of ZEN Portfolio properties. You will need to develop a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, learn strategies and tools used by the market to drive online sales, oversee competition, and come up with effective strategies that will maximize sales of both ZEN and our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing price and non-price (eg promotion, distribution, content management) strategies to help hotels realise their maximum revenue potential
- Ensuring profitability targets are met for all properties entrusted with
- Performing data analytics (working closely with BI team) to track and improve KPI performance
- Monitoring key performance metrics and taking necessary action (involving both internal and external stakeholders) promptly
- Reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with other functional teams to ensure deliverables are on track
