Functional overview
Revenue Assurance is responsible for managing customer accounts including the monitoring and allocation of incoming payments from customers, balancing the accounts, resolve billing issue and concerns, and respond to incoming requests by internal and external customers.
Duties and responsibilities
Establish and manage a revenue assurance policy framework aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the Company.
Provide data analysis for strategic and tactical decision making
Analyse transactional volumes and work trends across the Revenue Services teams to identify on-going improvement opportunities and provide routine and adhoc performance reporting against KPIs and dashboard measurements.
Managing client relations by providing requested information and meeting clients; targets

Exceptional people relation skills
Minimum qualifications
Bachelordegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 4 years experience.
Computer Literate (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, HTML)
Outstanding reading proficiency skill
Good English communication skills
Good detail orientation.
