REVENUE ASSURANCE ANALYST
General Summary
This position is responsible for all phases of revenue assurance processes for a portfolio of accounts. Responsibilities include evaluating contracts, gathering reporting data, producing complex excel templates, validating information and applying appropriate accounting treatment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Revenue Recognition and Recording
Reading and comprehending complex contracts
Interpreting contract requirements and translating those requirements into an accrual/invoice template. Strong English comprehension and reading comprehension skills are a requirement to successfully execute this responsibility.
Reviewing and validating contract components
Gathering operational data from various reporting systems
Updating & maintaining relevant billing data in financial systems
Validating data provided by Operations/Workforce - this will require significant verbal and written communications with Operations. Strong speaking and writing skills are a requirement to successfully execute this responsibility.
Ensure that all charges are recorded completely and accurately
Communicating with Operations staff regarding program specifications.
Developing accrual templates for new clients, reviewing contracts, identifying the source of billing elements, and establishing effective monthly processes.
Maintaining process documentation and compliance with those processes.
