RETAINER GUIDANCE COUNSELOR
Brief Description of Job:
Assists in creating programs that would promote mental health in the workplace.
Gives in-put on self improvement including managing stress, managing conflicts, etc.,
Counsels employees.
Gives in-put to Managers and Supervisors on workplace stressors, its management and how to deal with employee complaints/feedbacks.
Other mental health related tasks.
Qualifications:
Registered Guidance Counselor
(Should have passed the Licensure Examination for Guidance and Counseling)
Minimum of 2 years experience is required
