Job Description
Support the Retail Sales and Operations Manager in the company-owned TGM brick
and mortar store expansion.
Project Management
Update project Gantt chart
Lead cross functional team coordination meetings
Ensure compliance of the project team with the store set up business processes and guidelines
Close coordination of project construction/renovation with the Engineering team
Monitor/facilitate follow ups on equipment and materials needed in TGM store development
Document all costs and expenses per store set up in support to the RSOM's budget management per store
Facilitate post-mortem discussions with the project team after every store launch and ensure that actions are taken for every point for improvement
Admin/Field Work
Scouting of locations in the identified priority areas for expansion
Monitor/facilitate follow ups on processing of permits required in the TGM store development
Conduct on-site progress monitoring with the Engineering team
Facilitate Lessor accreditation through Procurement and rent payments processing through Accounting
Facilitate lease contract reviews up to notarization with the Legal team
Qualifications
Degree qualification in business related discipline
Project management and has lead teams in past projects
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
