Job Description Sells products in the store as well as assist subscribers with concerns and inquiries. Screens, evaluates and approves documents received from subscribers. Ensures proper monitoring and resolution of after-sales transactions. Encodes all transactions that are passed on to other support groups. Ensures proper monitoring and timely transmittal of all subscriber documents to the Credit Library. Able to function as custodian or cashier as the need arises.
