Ensure the completion of the data of the online business system
Identify problems and inefficient system processes and create solutions
Responsible for system setup, training, Q&A, development
According to the analysis of the performance capacity, reliability, security, and other aspects of the system, provide suggestions for system optimization, and perform system optimization work to improve the efficiency of the system.
Learn various business processes of the company, modify and optimize system processes according to actual business needs, analyze software requirements and feasibility studies, and contact suppliers for consultation. Responsible for software management, formulate project plans, and complete software code writing, debugging, and testing according to design documents or requirements.
Assist the superiors to prepare teaching materials for the use of basic computer knowledge, common software, and other management software.
Carry out system training for the whole company.
Provide IT technical support for end users.
Coordinate with different department to optimize system.
Minimum of 1-2 successful years' experience in managing software system
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PPT)
With system training experience
Strong coordination skills
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Distribution 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
