You'll work in a structured, repeatable workflow where consistency, accuracy, and an analytical mindset are essential. You'll review inbound resumes, apply defined standards objectively, and maintain a steady output while meeting performance targets. Collaboration with Recruiters is part of daily operations, and your ability to stay organized and detail-oriented will directly support smooth hiring cycles.Requirements:
Review and manage a pipeline of inbound candidate resumes based on defined criteria.
Disposition candidates accurately according to role requirements.
Coordinate interview scheduling with Recruiters to maintain process flow.
Work cross-functionally with Recruiters to support efficient hiring operations.
Requirements
Possess at least 1 year of experience in recruiting, BPO, quality control, or similar work.
Have at least 1 year of experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems.
Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in common productivity tools such as spreadsheets, documents, email, and online meeting apps.
Show the ability to maintain strong attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
Demonstrate a track record of meeting performance targets.
Benefits:
Monthly compensation: $600-$1,000 USD
Full-time, remote role aligned to 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday.
