General:
Must be prepared and able to handle, with composure and tact, a high volume of repetitive resulting and marketing back-office tasks
Strives to ensure a high customer satisfaction level always and that SLAs are met and confirmed within the guidelines established by management
Takes ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish, offering timely and accurate output, and demonstrating excellent time-management skills
Familiarize with all process documents and procedures, and learning the functions of the different teams in order to better understand how your role fits into overall objectives
Make suggestions on how the current processes can be amended to be more efficient or suggest any new processes that can be added to make the team more efficient
Resulting and Marketing Specific:
Observes live events and statistics, and provides analysis and recommendations based on the final results
Manually process the settlement of events and the fulfillment of headline promotions
Manages the homepage admin tasks in all jurisdictions ensuring that relevant content is always featured based on the preferred events per jurisdiction, and that popular event always have available market previews
Ensures that all scheduled and added market creation tasks are done in a timely manner
Assists marketing, risk, and promotional item inventories across including but not limited to: Website Hygiene & Website Promotional Management; Promotional Clients - Warnings and Bans (Filtering); Internal Marketing Campaign Reports; General Marketing Reports; VIP Reports; Affiliate Reports; Risk, Compliance or Fraud related task
Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not necessary
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Sports Knowledge is an advantage but not necessary
Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive
Computer literate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Resourceful and can work with different teams
Amenable to rotating schedules and able to work on holidays, if needed
