Job Description
Welcoming guests and escorting them to their tables.
Attending to guests, accurately recording their food and beverage preferences, and noting any special dietary requirements or allergies.
Delivering orders to the table promptly and accurately.
Checking in with guests throughout their meals to ensure their satisfaction and anticipating their needs
Presenting the bill to guests, and accurately processing payment
Assisting with table setting and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Assisting colleagues when necessary and fostering a positive work environment.
Familiarity with proper etiquette and protocols in restaurants
Contribute to the cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, Excellent communication skills. Intelligent and quick learner
An overall pleasing and well-groomed appearance, (no facial piercings., no visible tattoos, no criminal record)
Recognizes the importance of providing excellent customer service (Previous experience in the hospitality industry is considered an advantage)
Demonstrated interest in learning the Japanese language, Understanding of culture and diversity. (Ability to speak the Japanese language is considered an advantage)
