Job Description
Has leadership/management experience managing at least 10 team members
Has experience with Food Handling, Food safety and Hygiene Practices
Has Experience as a Retail Manager or Customer Service environment (any Industry)
Has experience in managing labor costs including rostering to set budgets, Operational managerial for revenue growth
Must know the key business drivers such as; Sale, Service, Profit, KPI, Inventory Ordering, Training/ Coaching, Accountable to Performance, Systems, Policy Compliance, Etc.
Must have Microsoft Office Skills
Excellent in English Communication
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
Must have Valid Passport, NBI (No Derogatory or No Record on File), Drivers License (Car Restriction)
