Responsibilities
Staff management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff. This includes creating schedules, monitoring performance, and addressing staff concerns
Inventory and supplies: Manage inventory levels, supply deliveries, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Financial management: Manage budgets
Marketing: Develop marketing strategies and ensure the restaurant is visible to potential customers
Menu planning: Plan and develop menus
Reservations and event planning: Oversee reservations and event planning
