Manage the All-Day-Dining Buffet, Room Service, and Lobby Lounge culinary operations
Support daily menu planning and design
Ensure a high quality of food & beverage is provided at all times
Deliver diverse, high-quality culinary experiences across multiple meal periods
Assist in supervising the daily operation of the kitchen
Maximise profitability for the outlets, manage and control daily food cost with reference to the budget and business levels
Support the Chef on daily operation
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Enjoys interacting with people
Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
A self-starter and a teamplayer
Committed to serving food of the highest quality
Strong leadership skills and collaboration ability
Enjoys being creative with an eye for detail
Enjoys planning, organising and problem solving
Communicates and write with fluency in English and local language
