JOB DESCRIPTION
The Inventory & Cost Analyst
- Feeds is responsible for providing accurate information on detailed costing of all feeds produced, sold and transferred to swine division by ensuring correctness of stated feed mill inventory and inventory-related account balances at any given time. The position also ensures the efficient accounting, costs effective and recording of inventory and costing-related transactions, precise income over ingredient cost, effective and accurate interfacing of Oracle & Scada Systems, and efficient importation control and tracking system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cost Accounting and Management Reporting Inventory Management and Cost Control.
Other Duties Provides the Site Controller and Accounting Supervisor with information that might influence feed cost planning.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Education: BS degree in Accounting
JOB QUALIFICATION
Critical Skills or Competencies Required:
1. Working knowledge of cost and inventory accounting, reconciliation of accounts, audit principles and audit program of the company, accountable forms and their uses
2. Working knowledge of feed mill operation
3. Analytical and mathematical skills
4. Interpersonal relations skills
Experiences:
Must have one year experience in the Food Industry
