You will be responsible for:
Forecasting & Capacity Planning
Working closely with Resourcing Specialist, Sales, Recruitment, HR, and Finance partners to ensure Workforce Planning meets the business needs
Managing all day-to-day activities in Workforce Management
Providing recruitment pipeline requirement
Developing and producing performance initiatives with which to inform, engage and influence various levels of operational management.
Tasks not limited to resourcing; will be part of the People and Culture team supporting initiatives and other admin tasks.
The right person for this role:
Proven work experience in Workforce Management; at least 2 years.
Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors; High level of accuracy regarding data entry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets
Good communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures
Flexibility and openness to change
Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Has a reliable internet speed (At least 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed)
Has a personal working laptop or desktop computer
