Job Description
Conducting Australian residential thermal assessments through the use of Australian thermal assessment software (FirstRate5) with the aid of assisting software (AutoCAD). Training in thermal assessments will be provided.
Initial email job request (receival of pdf/dwg plans).
Import plans into AutoCAD for measurements.
Import plans into Thermal Assessment Software.
Create model for assessment.
Interpret Site conditions and create shading features etc.
Determine requirements for compliance.
Email for checking.
For any possible quiet periods, lead generation to be completed (training to also be provided).
Qualifications
Experience with residential drafting or residential construction (Basic knowledge of construction/materials and construction techniques eg. drop edge beams, step downs, contour levels).
High level of plan interpretation (capable of reading set of residential plans).
Basic AutoCAD experience (only used to scale and measure).
Basic Microsoft knowledge.
Nice to have
Any Australian drafting experience would be advantageous.
Any level of knowledge with thermal assessments of residential housing eg. insulation, wall wrap etc. (Advantageous).

Tuesday to Thursday (7:30AM - 3:30PM; Manila Time)
Location (Hybrid)
Hired staff are expected to report in the office at least 10 times/month (remaning working days are WFH)
Eastwood, Libis or Alabang, Muntinlupa (candidate's preference)
