Job Description
What you will be doing:
Responsible for assisting with the planning and managing of the overall operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Plan, organize, direct and coordinate management activities of the operations in conjunction with the General Manager
Responsible for delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel
Work Experience
Minimum of two (2) years international luxury hotel experience on the same capacity specifically with Rooms and Food & Beverage background.
High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of hotel operations and business acumen.
Effective communication, and guest relation skills, ability to communicate in local language is an advantage.
Ability to lead Heartists effectively, results and service oriented with an eye for details.
Knowledgeable with MS office applications.
