We are looking for a Reservations Manager.
As a Reservations Manager, we rely on you to:
Lead the Reservations Team in implementing procedures to support marketing efforts in maximizing hotel revenue
Participate in monthly forecast meetings and track and establish trends, occupancy history and market segment development
Encourage and motivate the Reservations Team
Be responsible for effective implementation and compliance of all corporate standards
Maintain service standards of the team
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
Is self-driven, goal-oriented, able to challenge the status quo
Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
Preferably has a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a similar role
Understands the global market and local environment
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Has strong interpersonal skills
