Maintain professional standards in all activities, coordination and transactions
Coordinate and transmit information about availability, rates, and other aspects as requested by the client
Respond to client requests, requirements and concerns
Handle client concerns within 24 hours
Achieve pre-agreed rental targets and confirmation rates consistently

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management
Entry-level role for fresh graduate or up to one (1) year of experience
All positions are only open to Manila-based applicants
Computer savvy
Highly confident in verbal and written communication
Proactive and exude strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong logic and problem-solving skills
Skilled in lateral thinking along with the capacity to search out and solve customer's requirements
Willing to work through various shifts (7 AM - 5 PM, 9 AM - 7 PM, 11 AM - 9 PM), weekend work, and holidays
You should have a work-from-home setup for the current scenario, with presence required on some days in the office
