We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Researcher (Sourcing Specialist) to join our dynamic Recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for discovering talent and driving recruitment efforts to support our organization's growth. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates. This position offers a great opportunity to jumpstart your career in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand the requirements for job orders and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, our in-house Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn and other professional networking sites, job boards, and other sourcing platforms to uncover passive and active candidates.
Screen candidate profiles and resumes, conducting preliminary assessments to evaluate alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
Follow-up activities with recruitment consultants.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, competitive landscapes, and innovative recruiting techniques to stay up-to-date in talent acquisition.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and strategies.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields which require a high level of detail.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Data-driven and precision-focused.
Remarkable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using professional networks for sourcing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
 
Preferred Skills:
Internship experience in HR Recruitment is a plus, but not required.
