Coordinate REO activities and events
Facilitate ethics review of research proposals.
Manage research ethics review files and archives.
Monitor progress reports and continue review of approved research
Assist in the conduct of ethics review for Research Ethics Review Committee/ Research Ethics
Review Panel Members
Address research ethics related inquiries from students, faculty members and administrators
Assist in integrating research ethics into the curriculum
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of certifications from national and international accreditation agencies
Perform other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane, or related to and/ or implied from the ones enumerated above.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree graduate in Social Sciences or Health Sciences
Preferably with Master's Degree
Working experience of at least two (2) years
Extensive experience with Research Projects, knowledge on Ethics Reviews is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with coordinating with stakeholders
Great strategic planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and processing high volume of services
Trustworthy and service-oriented with a high level of integrity
Must work well across different age brackets
