Assist in facilitating the company's product strategy by applying scientific principles in research, development, production technology, quality control, packaging, processing, and utilization of food; contribute to research and development to create recipes and products that appeal to consumer
Provide recommendation of new food concept, submit proposed recipes, and facilitate cooking of samples for testing using effective methods and systems for food processing, production and quality control; submit cost-estimate study based on approved operating budget of RND
Conduct proper testing of new products in test kitchen and submit proposal of specific processing methods for the smooth transition to Batch Trial Run; collect and examine of product samples during production to ensure that these are tested for quality, color, content, viscosity, consistency, specific gravity as may be directed or confer with industry experts.
