Responsibilities:
Provides support for the sales and marketing function through research and analysis of the company's prospect accounts and leads, markets and competition.
Meets and coordinate with partners to determine and carry out research requirements.
Analyzes business problems and issues of prospect clients using data from internal and external sources to provide insights.
Corrects and updates data on SFDC based on research findings.
Creates custom microsites utilizing research insights gathered and discussions with Sales Team
Takes notes during calls with AEs/BDRs and external resource as part of gathering intelligence on identified target accounts
Research output such as reports, profiles, decks, notes, and other written materials are derived from reviewing and synthesizing data from annual reports, industry publications, periodicals, business video presentations and the like. Continuously monitors and updates research output as necessary.
Other research or account-based marketing support as deemed necessary.
Desired Qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years of Relevant Work Experience in Technology or Market Research
Strong organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate/cooperate with cross functional teams.
Willing to do Night Shifts. Work shift is from 11pm – 8am.
