The Job
Extraction and handling of day to day Operations data
Creation and publication of the following reports:
* Daily Agent Performance Report
* Weekly Agent Performance Report
* Balance Score Cards
* Billable Data Reports
* Client Reports
Coordinate with campaign managers/ Team Leads on a daily basis on efficiency maximization as well as issues affecting performance.
Compile, summarize and disseminate various reports: Daily and Weekly Performance summaries, efficiency, productions hours, etc.
Analysis of Data: Providing feedback and/ or solutions on challenges and/or issues
The Profile
Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
At least 1 year experience as a Reports Analyst
Experience in BPO is preferred
Must think critically to sort important information and be able to communicate orally and in writing.
Good math skills and attention to details.
Good understanding of business tools used: Excel, Pivot Tables, LookUps
Highly effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively without supervision.
