Primary Responsibilities:
Designing / developing, maintaining and publishing operational reports and dashboards
Provide operational analysis utilized for decision making
May make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed
Mentor others
Act as a resource for others
Coordinate others' activities

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Workforce Management Reporting
Intermediate level of experience with MS Excel (i.e. creating spreadsheets, v-lookups, pivot tables, macro, etc.) and MS Word
Experience in developing dashboards, visualizations and understandable reports for the business
Knowledgeable in key metrics (Login hours, Shrinkage, Utilization, Service Level, NPS, AHT, Quality, etc.)
Ability to work on a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor's degree
