YOUR ROLE
To enable the Sea Logistics Managers to steer the department with reporting support.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Enable transactional pricing by consolidating all transaction data from different sources
Support daily SSC operations with reports with purpose to improve quality/productivity
Report regularly on Data quality and performance to enable analysis and to support improvements
Design Reporting / Automation support to improve quality/productivity
Create and maintain BO reports on daily and monthly basis
Report Analysis together with the Sea Logistics Managers and Sea Logistics Process and Systems Manager
Create new reports according to business needs
Coordinate and Update, via regular meetings with Team Leaders, visibility on Activity (performance and Productivity)
Maintain and Update Dashboard and Balance Score Cards
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree is required
Degree or diploma in business is preferable
Leadership experience is an advantage
Must have process improvement experience
Good communication skills
Knowledge in transport operational systems, data analysis and reporting
Technical understanding of process and systems
Intermediate skills in Excel especially with Macro
