YOUR ROLE
To generate, consolidate, monitor, evaluate/analyze, data from multiple systems for developing and implementing reports and Dashboard.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide minimal supervision and training to probationary employees and their successor
To work closely with the OKAMS and Regional Counter parts for proper execution of responsibilities requested and to ensure alignment whenever there are changes or evolution of tasks or responsibilities
To provide evaluation and feedback of the Key Performance Indicator Analysis per station to ensure that each is performing and to minimize if not eradicate errors
To perform data or information collection, monitoring, consolidation, updating and analysis prior to sending their reports to their OKAM and or Regional Counter parts (e.g. Data Quality Reports, Billing or Invoicing, Sailing schedules, etc.); These reports are to be executed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
To monitor and update the VGI cut off Estimated Time of Delivery and Arrival to ensure that shipments are timely and not delayed
To carry out monitoring of rate requests to different destinations on a weekly basis until case is closed
To generate, tracking and balancing of invoice statements for the customer's accounts payable
To execute comparison analysis of reports between the fore casted and actual shipment schedules, volumes, capacity and graphs and to provide results of analysis to OKAMS and or Regional Counter parts
Serves as a focal point or a mediator in resolving issues from and to different origins (this also includes properly raising of escalations and issues to the correct process owner)
To secure complete documents such as requests and approval certificates and other documents for the shipments to embark
To drive the registration and monitoring of shipments from origin destination to other destination
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's Degree is required
Experience in logistics is preferred
Intermediate skills in Excel and MS Office
Good communication skills
