Responsibilities
Ensure on-time and accurate generation of reports according to the required KPI of account assignment.
Compilation and review of monthly management reports of which KPIs and centralized reporting are fed.
Execute various customer reports as required / requested by clients.
Support Reporting team projects and initiate continuous process improvement.
Communicate and work harmoniously with the customer.
Establish proactive communication among customers in the respective region or country of assignment.
Perform ad-hoc task(s) as requested by the Direct Manager.
Perform admin task assigned by immediate supervisor such as but not limited to DTP checking, LMS Tracking
Monitor team and individual performance and ensure that KPI's are met in accordance to the agreed SLA
Provide quality review check to Ensure consistency on the quality, accuracy and timeliness of report provided by the team
Provide necessary coaching, regular feedback to each individual, asses development opportunities and challenges
Able to handle and address issues / escalations from customers
Ensure team synergy and engagement
Ensure compliance with all group, business unit and local standards, policies and procedures.
Timely submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports (Prodlogs, KPI, CapPlan etc)
Perform other adhoc task required by Manager

Qualifications
Strong background in Reporting
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience in a multi-national organization
Preferably 3-5 years of experience in leading projects, mentoring and leading teams
Ability to work in a challenging environment with a tight deadline
Ability to set and achieve goals, work under pressure and an eye for detail
Very good communication skills, customer centric attitude and goal oriented
Time management, prioritize, plan, prepare and prevent problems.
Self-motivational and ability to inspire others i.e. confidence and initiative.
Rational conflict management techniques.
Strong MS Excel skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to multitask
Must have an experience in handling client escalations, troubleshooting problems and resolving customer issues
Good stakeholder management skills
Ability to be highly flexible and react swiftly to changing priorities and urgent situations
Must have strong interpersonal skills
