Responsibilities
Provide reporting services and/or indicated operations support to the respective region or country of assignment.
Strive for compliance with the required reporting KPI.
Ensure business process/methodology is applied accordingly and accurately.
Establish proactive communication among customers in the respective region or country of assignment.
Ensure on-time and accurate generation of reports according to the required KPI of account assignment.
Compilation and review of monthly management reports of which KPIs and centralized reporting are fed.
Execute various customer reports as required / requested by clients.
Initiate Reporting team projects and continuous process improvement.
Communicate and work harmoniously with the customer.
Establish proactive communication among customers in the respective region or country of assignment.
Perform ad-hoc task(s) as requested by the Direct Manager.

Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1 year Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Ability to work in a challenging environment with a tight deadline
Obtain a general understanding of MS Office and how to utilize its functionality to his/her work.
