? * You are preparing reports for (executive) leadership and businesses that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
? * Mining data from primary and secondary sources (external LMS, ILC, MyLearning, Excel), reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine.
? * You will take an active role in data analysis and interpretation, and are able to translate observations into management actions and reporting.
? * You are designing and developing reports into the designated reporting tools (PowerBI, Cognos).
? * You frequently work across business lines, conferring with managers and SPOCS to gather requirements and specifications while developing enhanced data and reporting solutions
? * You manage (as part of the integrated rollout plan for ACAMS learning) and connect targets to actuals, planned learnings and budgets for next years
? * You support the identification of KYC staff by sharing, gathering, integrating and aggregating data sources from all businesses, countries and functions. You will need to learn the ING organizational structure into detail (hierarchical and functional reporting lines) and be able to slice and dice the data sources into the different organizational units
