JOB TITLE: Reporting & Analytics Analyst
LOCATION: BGC Taguig
Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job
The Reporting & Analytics Analyst has the knowledge and expertise in data reporting and analytics. This role will provide support to People Experience Hub and In-market stakeholders in terms of report generation, data analysis, and control of people and performance information across the People Experience Hub Services, using both standard and specialized models.
Key Responsibilities
Work with People Experience Hub and In-Market Stakeholders and provide support in terms of HR data analytics needs - including accurate and timely delivery of adhoc or local reporting, data analytics, creation, and maintenance of applicable reporting dashboards.
Scope and manage own projects independently, from end-to-end, in line with the Information & Analytics governance and lifecycle framework.
Work with PMO and Optimization Lead in the creation of more comprehensive and specific Demand-driven reporting / data analysis models.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and privacy pertaining to HR data management.
Establish and maintain an efficient and effective relationship with In-market stakeholders and cross functional or inter-hub groups.
Work with/co-lead with Automation & System Specialist or Global Automations team to create better innovative and efficient People Experience solutions.
Proactively maintain and enhance reporting tools to ensure they are sustainable and will meet changing business needs.
Participate in global teams/project squads to maintain best practices and adhere to frameworks and governance in place for insights generation and regular performance review

Key Requirements
Essential:
2-3 years Experience in reporting/analytics, preferably HR analytics
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly in Excel
Experienced in and expert knowledge of Macro, PowerBi, PowerQuery and other PowerApp tools
Experienced in Python, R, or other statistical tools is a plus
Desirable:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
