The People Operations and Technology team is a part of the People at Nasdaq Team, a cohesive and highly collaborative group working together to make Nasdaq an outstanding place to work. The team works towards redesigning the HR processes and tools to provide an innovative and detailed experience to our employees around the world.
As a Reports Analyst, you will be responsible in preparing reports on HR metrics and in completing other ad hoc reports for the team.
Your roles and responsibilities
Prepare relevant HR metrics to measure, supervise, analyze and report
Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly pre-established ongoing reports and dashboards in line with HR's needs and future objectives
Perform analytics, data modeling and reporting
Fulfill various ad hoc reporting needs subject to a pre-defined service level agreement
Delivery of data analysis from a wide variety of sources with a strong emphasis on providing useful insights
Maintain documents detailing reporting processes
Responsible for ensuring that data is accurate and presented in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key partners
We expect you to have
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar reporting role scrubbing or redefining data in Excel
Intermediate proficiency in Excel
A keen eye for detail
Strong communication skills
Flexibility to be on mid shift throughout the work week and to adjust to night shift on some days based on business needs
Previous experience working with HR data/pulling data from an HRIS such as Workday would be an advantage
