VALUATIONS REPORTING ANALYST
What this job involves:
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for the following:
Business intelligence reporting
Collation and centralisation of existing reports
Enhancement of existing reports
Work with various stakeholders as directed to scope future reporting requirements for implementation
Creation of new reporting requirements
Management of and distribution of all required reporting
Working with a range of reporting platforms (SRS, Tableau, Power BI)
Working with a number of internal systems and platforms to collate data for reporting purposes
Create a continuous improvement framework for best reporting practices
Whilst the primary responsibility for this role is business intelligence reporting. The role may also assist as required for the following additional VMO support functions:
VAST implementation program
Portfolio, Program and Project tasks
Information and statistical analysis
Workforce management and forecasting
Workflow process mapping
General business analysis support

Experienced in business intelligence reporting software for the creation, management and distribution of reports. Prior experience using Tableau Dashboards will be highly regarded.
Prior experience working in database structures and SQL environment
Should be proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
Above average communication skills required for the role
Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of JLL stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basis
A good eye for detail
Previous Reporting Analyst experience
