As the Reports Analyst, you will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. You will conduct full lifecycle activities to include requirement analysis and design, develop analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Should include the following but may not be limited to:
Produce regular performance and operational reports for clients and internal stakeholders as per business requirements; by extracting data, verifying accuracy, and presenting results, such as but not limited to: asset management and inventory tracking, inter-departmental reports, performance scorecards, utilization, staffing and attrition reports, etc.
Develop new reports and make changes to existing reports as required; by creating/adjusting configurations, creating spreadsheets to calculate measures/present results, and documenting instructions for the report's production
Analyze data to monitor business performance, identify trends, and for use in planning, staffing, scheduling and forecasting
Communicate analysis results and provide critical insight to relevant stakeholders

Requirements
At least three (3) years of work experience in the same capacity
Experience working in an industry with Hours of Operation that span 24 hours, is preferred
Displays excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Displays ability to use the computer using the Windows environment, including MS office applications, electronic mail, internet
Must display ability to collaborate with employees across all levels and use different communication styles
Must possess excellent critical thinking, arithmetic, analytical and logical decision-making skills
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
