Because we're growing, we're looking for a Remote Dispatcher and Operations Assistant to help with coordinating our technical teams schedule and next steps on tickets with our clients and end users we support. The primary responsibility of this roles will be to maximize our technical team's time working on technical issues. Additional responsibilities will include executive assistance; marketing, sales, finance, HR, procurement, & recruiting tasks; and other general business support. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail.

Job Description:
This is a full-time position of 40-50 hours a week. The expectation is that the majority of your hours worked would be during our Seattle business hours of Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time in order to better collaborate with our team and our clients.

Responsibilities:
Review tickets for next steps, including coordinating technician and client's schedules, working with technicians to make sure tickets are updated, talk with client's on the phone and communicate through email to create tickets, etc.
Assist owner, service manager, and rest of team in as many areas as possible
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
Creation and proofing of time & materials invoices, monthly recurring invoices, and parts invoices
General receipt entry and categorization
Assist with recruiting efforts including initial phone screens, online assessments, and scheduling interviews
Assist in setting up new employees, vendors, and clients in our various systems
Answer incoming client and sales phone calls and respond to messages
Create, update, and manage process documents and other training materials
Requirements

Other Requirements:
You will need to provide your own computer that is running Windows 10/11.
Allow us to install software on your computer that keeps it up-to-date with security patches and anti-virus because we work with heavily regulated industries in the United States. Security precautions are paramount for us.
Have a headset that connects to your computer to use our VoIP phone system to communicate with our team and clients.
Have Internet access of at least 20 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds to work with our systems.

This position has the opportunity to grow into an Operations Manager or Finance & HR Manager.
