MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for an Remote Accountant/Collections Specialist!
EARN UP TO 23K A MONTH!
Salary range: Php19,000 - Php23,000 per month

*The Remote Accountant/Collections Specialist new hire is expected to work from home for the mean time due to COVID. Once everything is back to normal, they will be expected to report in either our IT Park or JY offices in Cebu.
General Description: The Remote Accountant/Collections Specialist provides financial information to management and serviced clients by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.
Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Maintaining customer current accounts
Processing payments and assure timely follow up
Investigate history of account and current status of clients
Reach out to clients via calls to remind them of their outstanding balances
Create accounting/billing reports in QuickBooks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
Prefers to work on a graveyard shift since clients are not based in the Philippines
Knowledge in QuickBooks, running aging reports, and basic customer service
Good English communication skills
Knowledge of billing procedures and must be comfortable with handling customer disputes
Must be willing to work in and relocate to Cebu
Time management, data entry management, and general math skills
