.Duties and Responsibilities
1.Conduct the analysis of maintenance data to initiate changes in the maintenance program to improve reliability.
2.Ensure that engineering data will be process for system and component improvements.
3.Perform failure root cause and corrective action analysis.
4.Prepare monthly and year end reliability reports.
5.Monitor aircraft system/component performance (pilots reports, delays/cancellations), issue alerts and provide recommendations for corrective action.
6.Initiate and analyze reliability alerts.
7.Review vendor teardown report trends and recommend corrective action.
8.Provide engineering support to maintain continued airworthiness of aircraft and identify solutions to improve aircraft reliability.
9.Review and evaluate technical publications from aircraft manufacturer and various OEM's which will improve parts and systems reliability.
10.Performs and carry out other duties that superiors may assign.
Qualifications
Preferably with Degree in Aeronautical engineering or any aviation related course
Preferably with at least 1 year work experience as a Reliability Engineer.
Computer literacy (MS Office - esp Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Knowledge/understanding of aviation industry and its hierarchy
Preferably with PRC license or CAAP license
Fresh graduates with related internship experience may also apply.
