·Develop reliability specification (methodology, equipment, maintenance;
·Publish KPI and monitor the compliance towards the process;
·Monitor reliability capacity and project, proactively monitor reliability capacity needs;
·Monitor reliability performance and publish /conduct monthly or quarterly reliability monitor review with appropriate stakeholders;
·Conduct initial MRB during OOS/OOC rel monitor and assigned to the right area owner through NOV process;
·Audit the compliance of Reliability operation;

·Manage strategic outsource for Reliability.
