Job desciption:
o Responsible for scanning of all vouchers. Scanning will be based on priorities and deadlines.
o Check and validates accuracy of scanned vouchers if it is tally against counted vouchers.
o Responsible in safekeeping of all scanned vouchers in the vault. Separate vouchers according to with discrepancy and without discrepancy.
o Maintain accuracy of textfiles, whenever there is an incident. He is responsible for editing and correcting of textfiles.
o Troubleshoots and conducts preventive maintenance of the multi scan from time to time.
o Responsible for destruction of vouchers using shredding machine.
o Performs any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Salary: 15,000
