REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
Job Description
1.       Regulatory Agencies
·       Ensure compliance with Government Agencies: BAI, BPI, FDA, DA, DENR, LGUS
·       Secure and renew permits, licenses and certifications
·       Monitor regulatory changes and inform Management for appropriate decisions
·       Liaise with relevant personnel and represent the Company during Agency-initiated audits and risk assessments
·       Investigate and resolve compliance issues
·       Maintain compliance reports and reports
2.       Tax Compliance
·       Provide Support to Tax Compliance Officer
·       Prepare and submit accurate timely tax filings and reports.
·       Assist in internal and external tax audits and assessments.
·       Ensure that all employees diligently maintain proper documentation.
3.       Inter-department Support
·       Provide support to Production, QA and other Departments in Compliance Matters
4.       Corporate Secretary
·       Coordinate closely with the Corporate Secretary regarding all requirements needed by the Company in its daily operations
Personal Qualifications
·       Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Agriculture, Animal Science, Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline)
Professional Experience
·       At least 1 year of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, audit or risk management
·       Experience in the feed manufacturing or food production industry is a plus.
·       Familiarity with local government, BIR and other Government Agencies is a plus

Working Conditions
·       Office-based role with occasional travel for audit, tax and other compliance reviews.
·       May require extended hours during reportorial deadlines and renewal.
