Life cycle management of product notifications
Formulation Review
Claims review
Label/Packaging review
Application and Maintenance of License to Operate for PH
FDA Sales Promo Permit Application as required
Registration data entry into SAP
Regulatory intelligence and networking via CTFA platform
Qualifications and Education Requirements
B.Pharm (Hons) with minimum 2-3 years experience in Regulatory Affairs; preferably having worked in the cosmetic/personal /home care industry.
Holds a valid pharmacy license Preferred Skills
Knowledge on ACD and all Annexes
Building Product Information File as per PH requirements
User knowledge on FDA E-portal and processing FDA order of payment
Cosmetics labelling guideline for PH
Excellent communication skills
